NT-10K verse "Few Weeks" in PR

Question:

given 15th May is Sunday,
is there a legal way UBRG can do an extension beyond that,
and if not, and they just TAKE the extension - i.e.
file late, what is the effect on Monday.

I am long, but curious in the pain factor, verse
how many of you suspect they will make the 15th or Not.

My last post should be deleted, somehow it fired prematurely.
