Two weeks after the report ? Doubtful. The stock dipped all the way down to 0.74 just a day before a major contract, seen this before with AVNR which also had a big dip the day before their drug got approved in the evening. Anybody who had stops at 1.0, 0.9, 0.8 got taken out and then these guys then bought cheap after having lowered the price. That's my take on what happened 2 days ago but YMMV . This is a good contract because it is immediate and only lasts just over a year. In 2009 this company earned $8.7m profit on $38.1m revenue and the stock price peaked at $4.06, this coming fiscal year 2012 which starts in July for this company could be in the same ballpark .
