PV-10 is a requirement of the SEC for public companies.

Your point may have a valid point if XBOR was actually drilling and developing the reserves...right now all they are doing is talking about the plans without any execution.....

Until then, the SP is still over valued, headed lower and trending to a more fair value reducing the "unwarranted premium" in the share price.
