Nothing meant to be insulting, sorry if taken that way.

You posted a post by someone else stating an LOI back in 2007.

Can you tell me definitely if that LOI and deal went through as planned? And then show your proof!

See this is where things get twisted and how share holders get opposed due to mis-information. No offense meant.

We have not a follow through of this as we are still waiting on the ACLY financials to show us what really happened.

Am I wrong?
