This is very simple of what was posted.......none of this has anything to do with the PGPM ACLY deal......maybe some back ground there but not in contractual dealings of the past sub companies dealings so to speak. This is a LOI and not 8K to back up.

So we are dealing with purported 40 Mil of worth (stated) and reviewed by third party.........where do you think it went???
