Anyway, the downside with TNEN depends on how much money you have in it. I bot in at .15 so I'm just in for the ride. Others like my sister, bought way back when it was 1.50 so she wants to see it get back up there. I just bot in because it was rising.
IMHO, I have no idea what the upside could be. I would think a buyout for the land (and sea) would be likely, but TNEN could arrange a JV if a big company wanted to come in and drill it with them. I forgot who was drilling "next door" but it's in the prior posts here. Whoever, with their activity in the area I consider it a small wager. I'm betting someone will want to drill there. I hope it's this year, but I wouldn't expect TNEN to go in and drill on their own, they haven't yet. But that's just MHO, based on the DD I've seen on this board.
