it's up to people how they want to move forward. If some people can't stick around because of the timeline has been changed agaisnt their expections and the price doesn't stay where they wanted to be, then so be it. I believe many people have speculated for pretty long time : Coming out of BK, Merger with Kruse, Commons intact. How you wanna act is based upon the facts and judgements jimo.
