I agree wholeheartidly. I am checked out on the whole 9k turinni debate... it doesn't even matter... I was just trying to discuss the other side of the coin... what matters is we have an oral hearing next week that has the potential to drastically influence the history of this case.

What also matters is that last time around, Markle clearly took the high road to continue discussions with Daic and Co. and that didn't work out. I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting to see how the Judge is giong to handle this one.
