I warned too, although perhaps not as convincingly as Gold. RPC has long been a bankruptcy candidate, and today’s news of a technical default on the bonds (http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/838879/000114420411028109/v221960_8k.htm ) is an expected step in this progression.
