It does not matter when the company accrued the debt, or which company it was at the time. There is $62million dollars of debt on their financial statements.

Maybe you're right, the money($62million lost) just fell from the sky and the company doesn't have to repay it..................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

EDIT: I wish I could get my hands on $62million of free money that I could spend without having to repay it. Maybe dick cowan can hook me up.
