Kuni has been paying his bills with money from the company, after company dilution that we have been told is to finance an acquisition. To date I have not seen an acquisition.

He is also driving a company car that has been paid at least partly with dilution.

And he has been contributing money to a retirement fund in his name with money that has come partly from dilution.

All this will periodic emails mentioning "shareholder value"

That is what Kuni is doing.

And don't even start the "but its a profitable pink" crap.

It has the potential to be a "profitable pink", but it is not a "profitable pink"
