Here is the FINRA number to report HDSN not complying with Reg 10-42

The regulation requires all companies to display the amount of shares they are shorting - I mean selling - to the public on Level 2 and HDSN is not complying with this.


There is no need to mention TADF.
HDSN is doing this with every company they are shorting, I mean selling shares.

Just leave a voice-mail. If enough us complain, HDSN will be forced to complies to the present laws that the rest of society has to comply to.
