Marian, you are right about that

I actually suggested a few weeks ago to Jeff and James that the cut off date would ideally be mid march. That would effectively cover most bases and add protection for the genuine holders who have been taken to the cleaners. Unfortunately depending on the legal ramifications, the SEC would have a say and there is the problem. I agree shutting off on the day, while good of course, does somewhat give JoC a little less sweat.
