Buddy - this is what I got from the CC "You must be a SH on merger date (or record date) to be eligible to exchange shares; however you can take as long as you want do the exchange (if your broker needs time to submit the paperwork)". So there is a possibility that the "record date" could be different than the merger date with the new shell IMHO...Hopefully all that will be answered very soon...
