We dont care about CGSYQ, they dont even exist anymore. Havent you been paying attention? Most of us here feel Pivotal has plans for the shell of CGSYQ that will remain after CGSYQ exits bankruptcy. Nobody believes CGSYQ will ever be anything ever again. We think Pivotal hasplans for the shell and share structure, that is why they aquired the opportunity to get commons after BK is over.
