Removal of the Caveat Emptor is a positive but small step in the overall picture. What I'm interested in finding out is where the company stands in negotiations to acquire that european transportation hub and when they will receive the new IPO. The company has stated the negotiations are ongoing, which to me is pretty vague so this process might take awhile.
