I strongly disagree insofar as “alive and well” means nothing in particular. I think MNTA is down today because Teva confirmed that there are no settlement discussions in progress, and some MNTA traders and options players had bid up the stock in anticipation of such a settlement.
p.s. That no settlement discussions are in progress is hardly surprising. I’ve been saying all along that there probably won’t be a Copaxone settlement until NVS/MNTA get FDA approval; then, if the litigation has not run its course, a Copaxone settlement will occur quickly, IMO.
