I have talked to the Minister of Finance of Belize and he says NO DEAL.
I have talked to the owner of the Louisiana biodiesel plant and he says NO DEAL.
I have done TONS of DD on many of Moanings "supposed" deals and all of them are pipe dreams.

Do I need to go to ground zero to know the twin towers came down?? Good DD on BLDV does not require attendance at ever physical site.
