This is really getting interesting.

If all the 5% holders got together and bought enough to eliminate all possibility of an ownership change...that was brilliant.

Next question - who were the 5% holders at BK? In other words, who is holding all the shares?

Just the Glickman clan - correct? What a way to go out...amazing story if this is true.
