I think they did a 1-400 reverse split in 2003, after the RS, the stock price was pretty high. This info was from their 10Q a few months ago:

"The aggregate market value of the voting common equity held by non-affiliates of the registrant based on the closing sale price of the registrant's common stock as reported on the OTC Bulletin Board on July 9, 2004, was $2.20.

As of July 9, 2004, 29,355,251 shares of the registrant's common stock were outstanding."
