Ok.. Just got off of the phone.

On the issue of transparency.

1. Steve said he tries to return all calls and emails. He has his spam service contracted out, so if your email went to his spam he wouldnt know about it. He said hes not avoiding anyone or hiding he just has alot on his plate. If you dont get an email response you can always give him a call.

2. Michael is his partner not his assistant. He brought him on this year to make them more accessible and work more efficiently. We should use both resources for questions.

3. The compnay has not gone dark, He said they will report any material event. So as I've been thinking he confirmed. If something material happens ie. (new contract, completion of installation..etc) they will report it as they have been doing.
Business takes time and we shouldnt expect a PR every week (my words not his).

Doubletree and Mariott

1. Doubletree is moving along nicely is all he said. Basically he said hes going to stop reporting on "are we there yet" questions because its really not helpful. But things are going well.

2. Mariott - Marriott controls their pace not the other way around. They are working with the renovation team and everything is going as scheduled. If anything material arises it will be announced.

General Info.

1. Host has acutally given us 2 hotels. He wouldnt mention the brand or city of the 2nd one. I guess Host hasn't given them the authorization yet.

2. He also reminded me to look at the company fundamentals. Host gave us a prime location to "try things out". Per Steve " Why would they give us 2 prime locations to test if they thought we would fail". He sounded pretty confident that the MOU will become a signed contract next year.
