Ok I called Guardian and the also told me 2 billion.. BUT. I also asked them what the date on that was and if they ever had record of it being reduced to 300 mil. The lady said the person who could best help me was on the other line and i would need to call back. I am leaning towards the more optimistic side of things. AS is still ~68 mil
