How about unlimited mileage for Electric Vehicles, or ALMOST unlimited?

I don't have the link at my finger tips, but if someone wants to search my old posts, I placed a link to a news article from some foreign country, talking about a company that was working with a car mfg by setting up "battery rental" stops at gas stations where they charge the customers a monthly fee, somewhere in the neighborhood of $28 per month, and when you pull into a station, they claim you can exchange your used battery for a fully charged RENTED battery in less time then it takes to put gas in a regular car.

Here is one quote from a quick Google search on the Tesla

the floor-mounted battery pack is designed to be changed out in less time than it takes to fill a gas tank, allowing for the possibility of battery-pack swap stations.
