And as of april/2010, 653 million shares were held by insiders. Maybe the increase in the OS over the past week was to give insiders of the new company shares instead of selling for financing.

That makes a little more sense than TADF selling. THe price has been strong in the .003's for a week now so if they are selling, they are doing it methodically.

EIther way, it's all good.
