ENTS -- Update on DTC issue

I have been in contact with Mr. Jenkins, and he has given me permission to share the content of our conversations.
The following was sent to me from Mr. Jenkins on 5/9/11:
To give you an update. It seems the DTC have eventually come back to me. They are looking for an opinion from an attorney, so I am calling around now to find a fast attorney, and I will revert. My TA thinks it could be days now.
I was not able to answer him until today due to being out of the office. When i asked him if things were progressing, here is what he sent back (5/11/11 @ 9:00am):
My TA referred me to someone, and he did the opinion yesterday, and it was sent to the DTC. They came back, asking for a minor detail to be changed.
This will be sent to them this morning. Hopefully, they will do their stuff pretty quick.
He also had this to say this morning:
Also, because I now have a name at the DTC, I called them yesterday, and asked them what the CNS is, and if I should be concerned about the Important Notice. They informed me, this is standard when a cusip number is changed, and it will be added once the opinion is in. I still don't understand what exactly it does, but it seems it is nothing to worry about anyhow.
The above (in italics) represents his email message verbatim -- in other words, HIS words, not my interpretation.
From the above, i believe we can gather that something should be happening within a week's time IMO.
