Please show a link to any evidence of shorts in this stock or it is pure speculation.

Would suggest there is very little short interest at all in ARTS. No one who knows anything about shorts would short a .0001 stock because they can trade 5th digit possibly or they hope for a R/S on the other hand if it spikes they could lose a ton.
