DNA Dynamics, Inc Builds Licensing Program for Slam Tech

Slam Productions LTD, a subsidiary of DNA Dynamics, Inc (PINKSHEETS: DNAD) is today detailing how their Rapid Application Development Platform will be monetized through a licensing model to the wider videogames and mobile app industries.
The SLAM Engine is the Rapid Development Platform created and used by Slam Productions to develop their game and applications. It allows the company to develop a single game or application and then rapidly publish to multiple platforms such as PC, iOS(TM), Android(TM), Sony (TM) PSP(TM), Nintendo(TM) DS(TM) and Wii(TM) without the requirement to reengineer each application specifically per device. With few key competitors in this space and the potential to create a multi-million dollar revenue streams the team at Slam believe they ca n become a serious player in this space.

DNA Dynamics, Inc recently announced that it had closed the acquisition to acquire 100% of Slam Productions Limited and had also reduced the Authorized share capital from 950m to 350m as well as increasing the share par value from $0.0001 to $ 0.001 as a sign of increased faith in the share capital of the business.
