TO THE BOARD-I left Alexis a message yesterday to call me with the receptionist, and I also emailed the COO. Neither has gotten back to me.

I am a firm believer in Transparancy. I need to know the share structure before I commit into buying more shares. I also think we all deserve to know the status of the merger, especially with a leasing agreement coming out a week after it was filed, with no signatures.

I think there were financing issues that were the original hold up and as of Feb 2, none of the issues were resolved but were expected to be resolved within 90 days. We need to know if anything has been resolved.


I am going direct to the company because Gerald made it clear he will not be fully engaged with TADF until the merger is signed. So why is he still on the PR's????? I don't like gray areas in my investment.

I will post any updates I hopefully receive today.
