I understand about the black out period but if you do not mind just answering two things that would be great... I heard an rumor that once the merge is complete there would be a reverse split? How is the merge coming along and will there be any news out to the public?

As I said before we are currently in a black out period but just to make it clear there will be no split. As for the merge, I believe we will be done soon as we are currently 80% done. We are going to attend a meeting and finish the merge but this is all I can provide. Please stay tune to the update as we will update our facebook and website. Thank you
