So this is GOOD news?? We are deluting the stock with warrants and this is good becuase....

it will give us immediate access to funding and those dredges consume money for fuel, repairs, and a crew to run them.

we will pay the warrents off with the gold we find.

and we all know that a ask that rises is about to get slapped...

we'll see in a minute.
