did I forget to mention this yesterday?
I spoke with the court yesterday in CA, seems the SEC vs Gendarme trial has been 'vacated', and is in front of the judge, so no need for them to be in court today, the fine judge has all he needs to make a decision from what I gather, so that sounds good for us holding RCCH.
Looks to me like the SEC and Gendarme are coming to some sort of agreement (Gendarme settling maybe) and that's why we saw the big volume yesterday, or some smaller short decided they better start covering before things get out of hand and up to higher prices, or somebody with big bucks wanted in......the blocks going off at the ask says something is up!
If the SEC gets what they want out of them illegal share printing dumpers, then when that's over I'd say we get clearance back from the DTCC at some point and this chill gets lifted and all brokers go back to trading this normally, imo.
