Who knows. They've announced the ratio, but not the date. I'm unfortunately in this one @ 1.50. Should it was a deal at that price. Will probably average down. I don't think the co. is bogus. Just doesn't understand the PR process, and that to hold shareholder value, you can't take forever to make a decision. I believe they are more worrie about getting to the OTCBB an are busy getting their filings together to get SEC approval.
