I hope u can answer this as well. I was in HSCOD a few months ago and they did a foward split, now when they did this i had to wait 4 full days for the transaction to complete, during that time, it was hitting massive spikes, but shareholders that where already in couldnt do anything, bc the funds werent settled. Now if CGSYQ does a reverse split are we going to be in the same situation? Are we going to have to wait for funds to settled. I would hate to see .10 cents + some but stuck and cant trade or anything.
