Rocky Mountain Minerals, Inc. engages in the acquisition, development, exploration, and operation of natural resource properties. The company owns various interests in two petroleum exploration permits, WA-322-P and WA-329-P, covering approximately 356,000 acres located in the North West Shelf area of the Carnarvon Basin, offshore Western Australia; and overriding royalty interests in three oil and gas properties located in the Powder River basin of Campbell County, Wyoming. It also holds interests in various mineral tenements near Carr Boyd, West Australia. The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Prescott, Arizona.
