kennypooh, maybe im not understanding correctly, what is the value of an empty shell with no share structure? arent empty shells purchased to move a private company into that share structure and therefore taking it public, rather then doing an IPO, which is very expensive and time consuming? if pivotal cancels the share structure, then the empty shell has no value, therefore costing Pivotal alot of money for the shares they purchased that they are going to cancel according to you.
