Maybe I'm all alone on this, but I don't see how the statement below, from Dr. Seymour, can be interpreted as "they are looking at facilities to lease."

"I jumped the gun in saying that we've "acquired" a manufacturing facility. In reality, we've identified a building, had it inspected by a structural engineer and are awaiting some addition inspections before making the acquisition. This is the best candidate we've seen thus far"
