Kevin... As you wrote, the Co now has 2.1 mil shares out there after the conversion. That would be in line with how the price fluctuates with great swings being that there are not that many shares out there.

Regarding how it could trade 5 mil on one or two days which it did. Very possible. I suspect that was due to alot of daytrading (which I do not do anymore). As I watched this stock last week, there were so many opp's to have bought and sold it on a few days. I even posted on a few other message Boards what a day traders delight this one was. I'm HOLDING and like I said have bought down on it 4 times. I have never had a stronger feel that a penny stock is going to spiral back up that with this one. IMO, I think our day is imminent where we see one of those days like other pennies where the pirce is up 400, 500, 1000 percent. My opinion but I have a great feeling on this one til I am proven wrong by someone and I am always open for criticism.
