AS I've said before he says he typically only deals with companies doing $10M+ revs and $10M in assets but will take less, as in the case of EETC, if the company has an impressive client list and is on the way or capable of reaching $10M. After all he's getting only an equity deal so it's in his best interest to see the stock do well. If he sticks to these requirements and puts multiple companies together into SHKZ with a tiny share structure, then he promotes the heck out of it using all his marketing strategies it just seems like a winner to me.
Plus I think this is further along then many other RM plays out there as well.
