I'm trying to understand how they know when the meeting ended before it happened?
This is not a confrontation.
The Belize Law makes sense but I still dont understand how they know who will be present (anything could happen in 3 weeks)what will be accomplished and when the meeting was "Declared Closed at 10:00 am".
