Q410 revenues of about $2.7 million were higher than Q1,Q2 and Q3 of 2009, combined.

Q410 revenues increased by 110% compared to Q409.

Revenue surged 57% in 3 months, Q410 compared to Q310.

THESE REVENUES INCLUDED ONLY 5 MILLION POUNDS OF CORN OIL FROM GPRE IN Q4. GPRE WILL EXTRACT AT LEAST 30 MILLION POUNDS PER QUARTER WITH ALL PLANTS ON-LINE.

So we're about to see a 500% increase in GPRE's extracted oil in the coming quarters.

For this reason, I believe Q111 revenues will be higher than all of 2009's revenue.

If prices remain high, I think that somewhere between Q2 and Q3, revenues will be higher than all of 2010's, in only a 3 month period.

All GPRE systems will be complete in the NEXT MONTH or so except for the MN plant which will be sometime in Q3.

I love the fact that the report was on time and much improved, debt reduction will be reflected in Q1's report, 40% of the 10 billion have been cancelled, Calgren and Marquis, WI, are coming on-line, and another $7 million in debt will be gone in the next month or so.

"...we do not anticipate that we will to have rely on proceeds from financing activities completed with these and other investors given our expectation that we will produce sufficient cash flows from operating activities on an ongoing basis to cover all of our overhead needs moving forward."

GPRE extracted over 10,000,000 pounds in Q1 and expects about 20,000,000 in Q2. All of our customers will be online by the end of the quarter which we're currently in, Q2. That includes Marquis Wisconsin, Calgren method I and II, The Andersons ANDE and all of Green Plains GPRE except their newest plant, Otter Tail(Q3). GPRE is looking for more plants to purchase, our 2nd largest customer Marquis is doubling the size of their largest plant, ANDE is building another COES, and Valero is considering COES at it's plants.

Nice to see another patent today, Good Luck To All!

And

New Corn Oil Extraction Additive Triples Yields!

Triple Our Current Royalty's Anyone?

This is simply an additive, like a liquid, that is added after distillation.

It's not a new method or system. It works in conjunction with GERS' technology. The methods of extracting oil from stillage are what's patented by GERS. Since this additive works off the back of current technology, GPRE and GERS would benefit. Adding this aid to the stillage, and then oil being extracted by GPRE under GERS' license.

It sounds like more of a problem for POET to me, as they are extracting from the fermentation step with lower yields. As we all know, the fermentation step comes before distillation. This leaves POET's pending methods out of the picture and at a disadvantage as the additive needs to be added after distillation. That's why, IMO, Greenshift's methods are superior because you can't mess with the beer, too much, or you'll start to deminish ethanol yields.

"Many of those who are using our corn oil extraction aid are producing up to three times more corn oil than they previously achieved.”

WoW!!!

http://domesticfuel.com/2011/05/10/new-corn-oil-extraction-technology-increases-yield/

Inedible corn oil is an emerging co-product for the ethanol industry. Today, about 1/3 of all ethanol plants in production are producing some type of inedible corn oil. However, many current technologies on the market don’t deliver high yields. This may change with the announcement from Ashland Hercules Water Technologies who has released a patent-pending corn oil extraction aid, PTV M-5309, that improves yield. The product is easily added to a plant’s current technology and requires no additional capital expenditure.

“The customers we’ve worked with in developing this value-added product have documented a number of benefits from using the PTV M-5309 corn oil extraction aid,” said McCord Pankonen, global biorefining marketing manager, Water Technologies. “The real beauty of the product is that refiners don’t have to change their process. Many of those who are using our corn oil extraction aid are producing up to three times more corn oil than they previously achieved.”

The technology works by improving the release of oil during mechanical extraction. The aid is added to the process after distillation, and at this point, it also reduces solids in the oil, resulting in a cleaner, higher-quality oil. Lastly, the aid helps keep the system cleaner and results in less downtime for cleaning and maintenance. Inedible corn oil has become an emerging feedstock for the biodiesel industry but many plants are not equipped to use the feedstock because it is harder to convert than other feedstocks and needs special treatment.

“The results we have been able to achieve for our customers during testing prompted us to accelerate our efforts to bring this to market,” said Eugenia Erlij, director of global marketing for Food and Beverage, Water Technologies. “By enabling ethanol producers to capture more corn oil without increasing capital expenditures, PTV M-5309 provides an added value that delivers bottom-line performance.”
