ALERT!!This stock is a reverse split nightmare. It appears manipulation is now at hand and once shares are issued to investors to dump we will see a downward spiral again. The stock has to remain high to keep credibility while new shares are issued. Last reverse we were promised class D preferred that never showed up. If you buy this stock suckers you get what you deserve. Get out now before a flood of new shares are sold into the market.
