Today I went into my Zecco account and was going to make another significant purchase (similar to what I did before the last run) but noticed that Zecco wasn't allowing trades of APCX. I noticed some others had the same issues. Can anyone tell me an online trading broker that is allowing trades of APCX and one that doesn't have extra fees for trading sub-penny stocks?

I need to transfer my account so I can purchase some more APCX.
