WRONG!!!!!!

As per laws in Belize according to IR:

"Since the company was incorporated on the 28th of April, 2011, the first meeting of the shareholders, which is called the Statutory Meeting, must be held after the 28th of May, 2011, and before the 28th of July, 2011 has passed."

What this means is that May 29, 2011 was set to be the date of the Statutory Meeting, and it is already posted to the records in Belize as required by Law.
