I have 29259J998 as mine. What I was told is that they have not physically received the certificates and therefore they cannot actually credit the account with the shares.

My issues is the guy told me that it usually takes about a week sometimes 2. Then when I told him this was from back in November his response was "oh, sometimes it takes long."

Are you freaking kidding me??? That was the best he had. I asked him who I could talk to and he said the transfer agent. I called and of course the lady is on lunch... I sent an email off asking her if she could track where the stock was delivered. In the menatime the lady who answered said the stock was either sent to Etrade or the company to distribute...

Something is fishy...
