I see very few CONS saying you need to bail out now!. They call it a scam or whatever but its typically Ultra longs that put up the "you have to buy now" scenario....or " I wouldn't want to be caught on the sidelines" bit.

IMHO this is an artificial run-up based on fluff. You have all the insiders or supposed in the know people tell you all kinds of wonderful things...the truth is that the company has been ineffective at clearing the regulatory hurdles and the Big shot Lawfirm made the moves to make sure they are not referenced in any shape of form as being in Deano corner. Dean said its no big deal but IMHO it speaks volumes.
