Apparently we're not at the point of no return, which is a point of inability to do a financing. Heard there on the cusp of a financing. I wonder what the details are? A. who would loan them money, B. on what terms, and, C. what for? to run a trial or just to continue with salaries. Does 1-2 million dollars buy Cortex anything? I don't pretend to have the answers for these questions, but I'm deeply suspicious of anything but the worst possible terms with dilution galore.
