HUGE FAVOR!!!

Does anyone here use etrade? I just got off the phone with them and some how things are completely screwed up.

The shares from 11/24/10 dividend are no longer registered under my account???? When I called and asked them about this situation the response I received was that those shares have never been physically delivered and therefore are no longer being represented by the symbol ENTI but rather a Qnumber while we all await the shares.

Has anyone at all at any point received these shares?

Could someone please pm me or post the confirmation number showing me that they have in fact received and placed these shares into your account?

They are telling me that no one has received any shares from that execution date and they have not received any shares from ENTIs transfer agent.
