If I were to take advice posted on a board (and panic) and sell now, I would be willingly eating a 50% loss (yes, I came in late and hold a high basis.) By buying now, I not only can average down but also increase my PTEL restricted shares.

Because I believe that PTEL will run after MMX goes there, I have also recently bought PTEL shares so I can play/flip until and after that occurs.

Every trader has to make their own decisions.
