stanu re MDF Don't know. I just reported what he told me.

I asked and he responded. Maybe he thought I was asking whether they would "pay" taxes. They still have NOL so they won't but I thought I was clear in my question.

Turns out you were right. Didn't make a lot of difference because we knew the results wouldn't be great due to HMO expenses. The gross revs were good but expenses for the startup are starting to grow. Of course if you plan to spend 5 to 7 million over 2 years for the startup, 700K is about right.

We'll see how the market reacts. MDF is still relatively cheap and the HMO gives them an added growth factor in addition to organic Humana based growth. Somebody has been buying the last two days. Over a million shares both days. I don't think it was all individual investors. I started small in selling this morning but somebody was plucking some pretty big chunks of 5 and 10K shares. There were also several brokers on the conference call that weren't around last year. Overall I feel good about the potential and am anxiously waiting for the PR saying they are ready to open the HMO. Bobwins
