How could you not ? Joe has all but guaranteed himself jail time with his most recent actions & since (if the rumors are true) Owens offered him his $169k back & he declined.... Why would he decline?

Is there a chance that its not Joe alone that holds some large Short position, but a group tied together in some LLC? Joe may just be the mouth piece. I don't understand why his name is not being named in the Floridia court proceedings, Maybe he is the Corporate Rep?
